The CN (Combined Nomenclature) codes of these products in the EU are ex 2905 49 00 respectively, and the codes for mixed erythritol are ex 2106 90 92 and ex 2106 90 98, with the corresponding TARIC codes being 2905 49 00 15, 2106 90 92 65, and 2106 90 98 15.
The dumping investigation period of this anti - dumping investigation is from October 1, 2022, to September 30, 2023, while the injury investigation period is from January 1, 2020, to the end of the dumping investigation period. It is expected that the preliminary ruling result will be released within 7 months from the date of case - filing, with a maximum extension of 1 month; the final ruling result will be released within 14 months from the date of case - filing.
For this investigation, interested parties need to pay close attention. Within 15 days from the date of the announcement, interested parties should submit an application for a hearing and submit case review opinions within 37 days.
