The agency company receives RMB payment from the consignee to pay for foreign exchange transactions.
The foreign party prepares the goods according to the contract terms and arranges freight forwarding (for wooden packaging, the foreign party must provide a fumigation certificate and clearly mark the IPPC label on the wooden boxes).
The agency companys operations should receive a full set of import shipping documents from the foreign party, including the arrival notice (stamped with the consignees official seal), invoice, packing list, bill of lading (stamped with the consignees official seal), packing certificate, etc. The agency company should prepare a complete set ofImport Customs Declarationdocuments and organize import customs clearance after the goods arrive at the port.
General customs clearance is completed within 3-4 working days, subject to actual conditions if inspection is delayed.
